Join with a group of colleagues to workshop ways of bringing your whole self to the task of preaching.
Apply insights into how personality affects exegesis and sermon preparation.
Reflect on ways that our assumptions about the role of the preacher affects our practice.
You will leave with deeper awareness of your habits as a preacher and ways to keep yourself fresh and engaged in your word ministry.
Twelve spots are available for experienced preachers.
This masterclass is taught by Kirk Patston and is part of the SMBC 2025 Preaching Conference.
Note: After registering you'll be contacted with further details of how the day will run. This includes completing a Myers–Briggs Type Indicator before the event, plus bringing a recent sermon script, and being ready to preach a five minute section.
